I am so happy with my first purchase (a case of canned sockeye salmon). When I opened the first can, I was happy to see a nice big chunk of fish with no bones or skin. My plan was to use 1/2 a can to add to my dinner salad, but ended up emptying the entire contents onto my bed of greens--no dressing added, just the fish and the juice in the can! Absolutely delicious! I know I will come back again and again to Alaska Gold.
