I sent you an email several days ago where I documented that you SHORTED my order...and yet I have not heard pack from you. If I don't hear soon I will take my complaint to the credit card company.

Chocolate is amazing! But tcho messes up my order and send me wrong chocolate, not my favorite one. And where is no phone number to call for customer service. I send a lot of emails and do not receive any answer. I want to place order again, but if tcho sent me something else, not what I was ordering, maybe I won’t order anymore...:(

This chocolate was a lot different to the advertisement. It was said to be creamy. It was not, and tasted like mild dark chocolate with a strong hint of cinnamon. The shipping cost more than the two candy bars put together. That was iffy too. I’ve got to hand it to TCHO for the cornflakes. Those were good. Nice and crunchy, in sizable clusters. Full marks for that feature. The mocha flavor in the mocha bar was all right. Would have been nicely balanced out by filberts or a similar taste. So: nice experiment, needs to get better.

Still waiting on my orders to be fulfilled I’ve emailed and called customer service several times but have not gotten any response nor has my complaint been addressed for more than a week. I know it’s a busy time of year but no answer in over a week is unacceptable Very disappointed. Hoping they will make right.
