The chocolate is usually really good but I had to give a lower rating because it took over 1 week for my order to get to me. Some of the bars were melted and the ice packs were warm. They were suppose to send me the bars again since they were suppose to be a gift but they never sent them and I have not heard from them since.

unfortunately our chocolate shipment arrived melted, so when we cooled the chocolate down and it hardened again, the chocolate squares were deformed and covered with the appearance of an unappealing white powder

The chocolate is very rich and delicious but some were more fresh than others. The full size tastes different than than the sample i got from pill club.

I'm a huge fan of TCHO Mokaccino bars, however I really wish that the company would bring back their TCHO Mokaccino Bites!!! Please!

Product is excellent, but the shipping was a problem. The delivery person left it in the middle of our stairs which is exposed to sun all day and the day it was delivered was unusually warm for December! Luckily I was home and brought it in not too long after it was delivered, but if I’d come home later it would have been a different story!
