My favorite chocolate!! However my last shipment was delivered one day later than initially stated on FedEx email. It came by private vehicle. I was looking out for it and immediately brought it in, but all 6 bars were melted. The 2 cold packs were not cold. I have ordered in the heat of summer many times before and this never happened. I am afraid to order TCHO now except in the coldest months.

I wanted drinking chocolate, which I usually order twice a year. Mysteriously, they were out of stock, and didn't give me the option to back order (and get the decent % off). So I guessed about the composition of the drinking chocolate and ordered two kinds of disks. I'll see how that works out when I finish the current batch of of drinking chocolate. I guess I can always just binge on the disks, which I'm sure are yummy.

Shipping fast and not too expensive.

The taste is perfect--I already knew this since I've had it many times. But I was disturbed by the very large carbon footprint of the delivery method. Using FedEx, excessive packaging and a freezer pack are unnecessary for such a close & quick delivery. Instead, please offer curbside pickup. It's less work for you, and I can zip right down to your location on my bicycle. Please consider this!

Almost all dark chocolate... should of had a better balance of milk chocolate
