The service was quick and efficient, and if I ever had questions they were answered promptly. Shipping was quick and items arrived even sooner than originally expected. Packaging was sturdy but not wasteful.

A cold pack was placed inside the box and arrived as promised. I ordered the 18 pieces item- they were placed into a plastic bag. Wish the plastic bag is sealed for safety and waterproof reasons.
