I'm 2+ years sober and Lyre's Classico is by far the best prosecco substitute I've found. It's crisp, not too sweet. Great on its own or for making a mocktail. And it's a huge bonus that it comes in cans so that you don't have to finish a whole bottle or let it go to waste. That said, it is also nice to have the regular bottle for special occassions. Fancy restuarants will often let you BYOB n/a wine, which is really nice.

I am so impressed with the Aperol Spritz!! It tastes so very close to the real thing. I got this for my non-drinking friends but now I am enjoying it as well!

Definitely made some good mock negronis. Everything came in good condition.
