Friendly customer service. They handled my problem perfectly. The package was not delivered. They tracked it, found it had been damaged and replaced it quickly. I still think better packaging in the warehouse needs to be addressed. But if they are willing to replace it, I am happy. I will continue to buy from them. I love their product selection.

Strange that you use AZ fulfillment. It sat here unopened for a couple of days because I assumed it was something else!

Love the amaretto but it arrived with a bent lid so it had leaked a bit inside the padded bag. It doesn't seal properly. But it was buy 2 get 1 free so 🤷
