The Lyre's costumer service team is fantastic. Not only is the shipping very fast and the product arrives in an elegant and protective packaging, but the team really has your back! I had previously purchased the American Malt and I ordered it again as a gift, but the bottle I got didn't taste right, it was watered-down. I contacted the customer service team and I was contacted by a representative shortly after and she was happy to help me with my issue. They were able to solve my problem and I am very happy with my purchase.

A little on the expensive side (free shipping on a single bottle would be nice), but my order arrived quickly. Recommended company.
