I am incredibly impressed with the staff at Lyre's. There was a problem with my shipment, not their fault, and they bent over backwards to fix the issue and get another shipment to me in time for an out-of-town trip where we had a party planned with Classico Grande as the feature drink. Love the American Malt for Manhattans. I still put about 1/4 of a shot of real bourbon and stir everything together before I pour over ice. I can have 2 tall Manhattans over ice with only 1/2 shot of bourbon and not many calories! Customer service is great. I ordered a case of American Malt that got damaged during shipping. I sent an email and got 2 replacement bottles shipped out within an hour. Really nice people to do business with.
