Great service, excellent "liqueurs". An amaretti bottle intended for a gift came slightly spilled, and it was replaced immediately.

There was a slight hiccup with my order where one of the products I had purchased was not in stock. But the Lyre's team stepped in to save the day! What could've been a holiday disaster turned out to be a Christmas miracle. They helped provide me with detailed recommendations based off of my giftee's tastes and helped swap out the products in the order. The difference was refunded to me that same day and the new shipment arrived ahead of schedule!! So appreciate their care and customer service and will definitely come back! :)

My number one for all zero proof spirits. Prefer to order direct but they also have options in retail stores like Total Wine, as well as in their Amazon website store if you need a replenishment quickly.
