This has been a staple in our home for several years. It is a great baking chocolate, but equally delightful in a dish for quick afternoon treats

I like this chocolate with its unique taste. I think it tastes mildly fruity like berries, also a little bit like white chocolate. With it's natural ruby color, it adds a new dimension to decorating cake and other pastries. Not inexpensive, but I bought it for less from World Wide Chocolate. I am glad I tried it, and will buy again.
