Excellent. Got my beans so quick!

After first ordering the starter pack I decided the dark roast was the one for us so I went ahead and ordered the 5lb dark roast but I had made a mistake. When then box came it was the regular roast. I was so bummed. Still a great coffee but I wanted the dark roast. I contacted Purity and with zero hesitation they immediately reshipped me a 5lb dark roast and emailed me a pre paid return label for my mistake! Amazing customer service!! Thanks Purity!

The packaging is better than most, nitrogen packing/flushing is THE best way to preserve and save coffee freshness - and it is noticeable! Always fresh, never over roasted or greasy, and smells so good! I’m obsessed with the organic and third party toxin testing - one of the rare few that does and it is the only way I will enjoy coffee now that I have done my homework and understand there is significant difference in quality! Thank you for providing a consistent quality coffee
