Love Zevia! Hate Site.
First of all, let me just say that I love Zevia! I was an early adapter, and really love the flavors of your sodas and teas—and was excited to learn you ship and provide subscribe and save (we get three cases of tea and one case of ginger ale bi-monthly).
The site does leave some things to be desired. These are a few things I experienced that were frustrating:
I had to reset my password and the button in the email isn't functional; had to use the static URL. The button just took me to the homepage, I believe. Prob a pretty easy fix.
Subscription purchase process is a disaster. It was easy to make my first subscription purchase, but adding new products to that sub was a pain in the ass. I also noticed that you have the option of selecting 14 or 28 days on the product page, but if you put two products in your cart, one at a 14-day interval and another at 28, the two are lumped together and you're only given one interval option. And again, adding a new product to an existing subscription was hard to find, not intuitive, and just a shit experience.
And just from a high-level, the design and functionality of the product collection and product pages isn't great. There are lots of elements/functions that require the user to think too much, and navigating the checkout process is just clunky. Feels like an old site, or something operating a really old tech stack. Feels dated, and lacks modern UX that users are accustomed to. Not great.
