Not sure if I am rating the site, the product or what. Charging that much for shipping is ridiculous when the product is already expensive.

Little pricey but good

In my opinion, the taste is above average but not great. However, I drink it knowing that it has no sugar. I am betting that that's how most of Zevia loyalist feel.

I like the Zevia products as they offer a good alternative to main stream soft drink vendors. The selection of products is vast. I like foods/drinks that use stevia or monk fruit and this fits the bill. I also like their subscription option. It's convenient and I can get flavors I can't find in stores. Where Zevia needs some help is in the order processing/shipping department(s). The packaging is fine but it takes on average 10 days to process a standing (subscription) order and get it to my house. This in the day of 2-3 day shipping seems slow and definitely not timely. To be timely, I would expect the order to be filled the same day it is processed and out the door on the FedEx truck the very next business day so the customer can reasonably expect to receive their product around the 5 day mark vs. 10 day mark. I would have given 5 stars but the processing and delivery is a dis-satisfier so Zevia only gets 3 stars.

Order came within a week but shipped in the original box with no additional padding or secure wrap. On one side two cans were damaged and one exploded.
