Very easy to order.. first time buyer

My most recent order arrived severely damaged, with broken jars and lots of spillage. The damage was clearly the result of mishandling during transport. I emailed Yo Mama's crew, told them what had happened (with photos), and even though it was a Saturday afternoon, I received a very quick response. That was a surprise in itself! They promised to reship the order quickly. The did. The replacements arrived safe and secure. And, of course, the sauce itself is wonderful! Thank you, Yo Mama's crew!
