Blondie is excellent. I add organic choc chips or cranberry or blueberries or eat plain. Nice texture and flavor with great organic ingredients. Do not expect a chewy texture like with a traditional blondie. This is softer without the chew - it has a little more muffin or dense cake like texture. If you like the chew you may want to add some shredded coconut. It will still not be like a traditional but may be good. Purchased the brownie mix too but have not tried yet.
