My recent order had a mistake in it. I reached out to customer service and received the missing product the next day. I was highly impressed with their customer service. They quickly responded and resolved my issue! Probably the best customer service experience I have had. Very impressed by both the quality of the products and amazing customer service. We are not dealing with your typical smoke shop kratom here. We all know the kind that have no way to communicate with the company on top of not being tested... Yuck! Kraken kratom for life!
