Kraken Kratom

I don't see myself shopping for Kratom anywhere else unless they turn into the monster that is Amazon, or if I move to a place they cannot ship to for any reason. The very few "negative" experiences I have had, were always taken care of swiftly and patiently by the customer service crew at Kraken. We all know mistakes happen, such is life. What is important is how you handle those mistakes, and Kraken goes above and beyond the call to fix them and make it right. Even when *I* was the screw up, they were always patient and kind to me, despite how.... *difficult* I was being at the time. I appreciate Kraken for their kindness, patience and understanding towards me. They see a person that's having a bad day, and not just some b*tchy karen. That means a lot to me, as bad days can come often with being chronically ill and in pain, and often just gets assumed to be "Karenitis". That obviously does *not* justify my behavior, and I am thankful that Kraken sees past the frustration and just sees their customer having a tough time and needing a little assistance. It certainly helps that every product I have tried from Kraken, I loved. From powders, to capsules and even dishware! I love getting the promotional stickers and magnets to add to my fridge or car. All around, Kraken is a great small business, with an absolutely amazing customer service team on the "front lines" so to speak. So unless something terrible happens, I won't be going anywhere else for my Kratom needs. Hell, cannot beat the prices for the amazing and ***consistent*** quality I get in each order. And the coupon codes for old timers like me is nice too! ;)

I just have to mention Kraken’s customer service department. Their ONLY PRIORITY is YOU, the CUSTOMER. I have had only ONE situation with Kraken regarding the timeline of. Product I had no ordered and it turned out to be MY FAULT!!! Of course Kraken was gracious and generous with their attention. THANK YOU KRAKEN!!

The Red Maeng Da is definitely my new favorite strain from Kraken. The quality was top notch. I only have to use less than I normally do with other strains and get better effects. Effects also lasted longer than other strains. Always consistent with the quality on Kraken. Never disappointed.
