I I enjoy your selection of products and I will continue to do business with you and I always receive prompt shipment of my orders however you must have changed manufacturers of your shipping containers and what I mean is the last two purchases I have made it's been completely unable to reseal them I've had to fold them over and place them into a Ziploc bag to keep them safe and sealed and I just noticed this within the last two purchases so if you have change suppliers for your packaging bags you might want to contact them about a unfunctioning and unusual design of their resealable bags

I've neen buying Mitra from Kraken and Phyto (PDX's other brand name) since 2016 and they have never let me down. Anytime there's been a problem it was because of UPS and their customer service folks resolve it immediately. Their prices are on the higher side but you get what you pay for, and they always have sales and discounts. Their manufacturing processes are second to none on their raw leaf/powder, extracts, tablets, gel tabs, and innovative products like Honey sticks and gummies and on the Kava side they're the only place I've seen keep Solomon Islands, Fijian, USA (Hawaii) and Vanuatu kava in stock pretty much all the time.
