Loved my 3 day protein cleanse! I do not cleanse very often (last one was 5+ years ago) but needed something to reset my body. I also just started working out again so wanted a cleanse that would support me through my workouts. I didn’t have any headaches nor did I feel deprived at any point. All the shakes were so delicious that I had a hard time choosing what to drink next. During past cleanses, I would be counting the time til my next juice with my stomach grumbling. This time, I drank as I felt necessary and timing worked out great with 6 juices/day. Definitely will be doing this again soon!!
