I used the new cake pans with the strips to bake my Chantilly Cake. The cake turned out perfectly white without any mounding on top. There was NO browning at ALL! I did not use parchment paper because of the ridges on bottom. Cake slipped out perfectly! I will definitely purchase more

It was packed nicely in a sturdy box and arrived in a reasonable length of time.
