We had a bit of a glitch in the carrier's delivery for our first order so the order had to be destroyed, but when I reported the issue a new order was shipped right away and this time arrived in perfect shape. Other than the short delay for a replacement order to arrive , it was overall a good experience - not mention the products are vastly superior to any non-homemade broths.
