I am normally not a fan of Kombucha but this was absolutely delicious!! I had some issues in shipping due to the extreme temperature in many states a few weeks ago. However, the customer service was very helpful and accommodating. The issue was rectified quickly. I will definitely be ordering more and Humm has a new repeat customer!!

i had issues with my orders and Humm immediately refunded me the entire price, without asking for. the damaged returns. i think that's great customer service.
