Great service, our bread and bagels arrived in a box that had been kept nice and cold. I promptly put the bagels in the freezer, and I bring out one pack at a time when we are ready to use a new one. I always put the bag we are currently using in the fridge. We are so grateful for this line of products. My son is diabetic and it makes packing school lunches nice and easy. We use the bagels most often. Thank you:)
