Love the product! Have made my own similar bread, but too time consuming. Appreciated that it is pre-sliced. I will say they loaves came a little squished, but are quite usable. My favorite is just to use it for toast with lots of grass-fed butter. Otherwise, I don't use bread much. I will try to make some croutons and will try it in my meatball or meatloaf recipes, too.
