I love your meat but I can't reconcile the enormous amount of plastic. I know you state its recyclable but id prefer it wasn't used. Double wrapping every packet seems very excessive. Please try to come up with a better alternative. It might put me off from recommending you. I am sure there must be an alternative way.

Ok overall let down by the brisket

Whilst we have been more than satisfied with the beef and lamb we have purchased, the pork loin was almost inedible. It was totally fatty and more like a shoulder. Won't buy again.

One prodct was unsatisfactory and a discount offered for our next order was time limited which I regard as poor treatment
