This has become my daily go-to. It's "fast food" but absolutely jam packed with healthy ingredients that feel like fuel for me to go out and crush the day.
My recommendation for prep is to mix milk and water, add some bananas, almond or peanut butter and a little maple syrup if I'm feeling a little more sweetness. It's solid as is, but these additions make a healthy, super-convenient breakfast feel like a treat.
