I placed my first order, tried the product and didn’t like it at all. I sent an email asking about their return policy, didn’t even ask for a refund but wanted to know what options I had. They responded back with the fact that they refunded my order for me, gave me some ideas to try it and if I didn’t like it asked me to gift it to someone. This very much made me impressed. I decided to try the oats in a different way and I have been hooked ever since. I eat them every day. Have re ordered four times now and can’t live without them. Down 95lbs and can’t imagine this journey without these amazing oats!
