Excellent customer service

We have ordered 3 times and they were all great! Packaging was done well, especially since it was being shipped to Long Island. Contacted customer service with questions and I felt like I was talking to family ;) we have thoroughly enjoyed using the recipes that have been included to cook us some delicious dinners with the meats. Ordering was easy and questions were always answered. When our first order was processed, I called to inquire because it was for my husband’s birthday and Lisa upgraded shipping and also included a surprise birthday card from Jeff! Can’t wait to order again!! (We are also addicted to the giardinara!)

We thought that the beef was the best we have had. I left Chicago in 1971, but never forgot the delicious beef sandwiches. These were great, especially with the Turano bread. Italian sausage also some of the best ever.

Loved the beef and gardinera. Please don’t change the quality.
