I picked "arrive by xyz date", and it did with no problems. When I had to call Collin Street Bakery to speak with somebody, they are always polite.

Always helpful via Internet orders, phone orders, and in person (as we had the pleasure of going to the bakery during a road trip to Texas).

Appreciated that the item I ordered was available outside of the holiday season.
