I ordered Coop’s hot fudge to complete a Mother’s Day gift. While my tracking information indicated it had been delivered, I did not receive it. I called customer service at Mouth and they were great! Very empathetic; however, they stated that the new package would not be sent out until the Monday following Mother’s Day—I called on the Thursday prior. I was disappointed, but agreed. Then, low and behold, I received the package on Mother’s Day afternoon!! Talk about service above and beyond!! And my mom LOVES Coop’s hot fudge!! That is really a compliment coming from her since she is a hot fudge connoisseur!!! Thanks MOUTH!!! ❤️
