A general comment: the meat tastes better than any other I have had. All of it is delicious. And it is (almost) guilt free. I like knowing that I am supporting regenerative farming/ranching, helping the environment, and that the animals are treated with respect and care. If we are going to eat meat (and we humans are), this is the right way to do it. I strongly recommend Grassroots Coop.

Finally, meat that I hadn’t tasted since I was a little girl living ion a dairy. I’m 78, years young! Thank you, for real favor that I don’t have to use tons of spices on, in order to taste some sort of favoring.
