QUALITY!!!! My boxes have always arrived quickly and the products are still frozen solid. Such a good feeling knowing we are supporting small sustainable farmers and consuming such a high quality product. Our health and our environment is always been a priority. Cooking this meat has elevated our mealtime! My family has been giving me more complements ...which then gives me an excuse to school them on why the meat is so delicious. Hopefully they will make more conscious decisions on where they buy their meat when they are grown and out of our house!

I was very glad to find that everything arrived still frozen. The packaging is well thought out. I’m also working with the local shelter to see if the boxes can be reused and up cycled as cat houses for strays. My order was easy to make on the website. And the food is great quality. You will pay more than supermarket. But you don’t have to pay for extra water, solution, etc. Also I find that GRC meat is far fresher. I’ve thawed two frozen sets of chicken thighs. One from store and one from GRC. The one from the store had a definite wang and lots of extra solution and for lack of a better word slime. The GRC was just chicken. There was some blood water in the bag but only what you’d expect and it was clear. No wang no “slime”. Just chicken. Plus I believe in ethical food. Yes I eat meat but we don’t need to torture our food. I believe in a normal life then humane harvest. So I’m glad to purchase from like minded.
