Fedex has lost my order twice in many years but it was not grassroots fault and they immediately reshipped the order. customer service is in the USA and very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive to customer concerns. I will remain a loyal customer as this is the best place to get healthy meat

The meat arrived promptly and in good condition. We have been enjoying the excellent taste. The chorizo and sausages are outstanding.

The 4-6 pound ham arrived frozen. Taste was amazing and didn’t dry out after reheating. Will definitely buy again.
