Hu Dark Chocolate Gems are the ONLY chocolate I can have and, I don't mind because, it's also the BEST chocolate I've ever had! For so long, chocolate was off the menu because of my many food sensitivities, When I read the ingredient list on the Gems, I was so excited. No cane sugar, no soy lecithin, no dairy... the list goes on. Nothing that I would have an issue with! Best of all, they taste exactly like chocolate should! Thank you, Hu, for making an excellent chocolate that I can have!

Sometimes things just go wrong. But what matters is how it is rectified. Hu Kitchen acknowledged their mistake & swiftly corrected it. I will use them again & again.
