We have been buying the Gems for several years. My husband uses them as his mid day snack, and we also bake with them. We've just recently ordered the chips, because they have no sugar in them at all (other than the natural fruit sugar in the dates). They are also surprisingly delicious, although a bit expensive. I wish they were available in local stores. We like the cleanness of the Hu products!!

I have had the chocolate covered cashews, almonds, and the chocolate chips sweetened only with dates. Love their products made without processed sugar.

I wasn’t a big fan of dark chocolate… not on chocolate chip cookies , not on banana bread etc. BUT NOW… I put my HU GEM SNACKS AND THE SEMI DARK CHOCOLATE ON EVERYTHING! I don’t feel guilty because I know what the ingredients are used.
