My second order of Gems and I increased my order. Hu chocolate does not upset my stomach the way milk chocolate or other dark chocolate does. I now use it for all my baking and snack occasionally on the perfect Gems. Decided to try the chocolate bars and will be ordering more. Will eventually go to the reorder service when I am more settled. I don’t miss my “secret” dark chocolate now. Thank you Hu!

In all honesty, the first time I purchased Hu chocolate I was extremely disappointed! I had ordered a six pack of the Gem bags along with a number of chocolate bars. All of the chocolates had this white outer coating on them as if they had been sitting for a long time. I did not want to re-order because of that & the amount of money I spent. But after not being able to find good chocolate to bake with, and Dr. Hyman continues to promote your product, a year later I decided to give you folks another chance. Well, I was pleasantly surprised this time around! Very fresh and yummy!

I buy the GEMs and they have been great so far. My only complaint is that I seem to order right before the freebies are offered and I miss out! 🥲
