Good Pair Days

I have only received two deliveries but so far I am very happy. The wines have been great and very importantly customer service has been impeccable. I have had questions along the way and there has always been an actual person to speak with me. A much welcome change to other internet driven companies where customer service is virtually non existence once they have your money they don’t care. Well done The wine gallery team. PS don’t get too big and lose the great customer service :)

I am enjoying dealing with the Wine Gallery. I like the way they initially asked questions about my preferences and have the sent targetted wines complete with tasting notes. They have been very responsive to feedback.

I really appreciate the ability to interact with a sommelier (Banjo) and gain insights into wine from around the world. Also to explore some less than mainstream styles of wine.
