Positively surprised

When I first bought Mana I had no idea what to expect but I wanted to give it a shot because I like the idea of quickly providing everything body needs. My first impression was... that it tastes better than I was expecting. The taste is hard to describe and it's very generic. But if you have the time you can play with it by adding fruits and spices. By far my favorite is Mana with ginger and cinnamon. I think there is only one thing I would like to see improved with the Mana itself - after you let it sit for a minute or two all the heavy stuff will flow down to the bottom of the bottle. It's not a big think really but you have to remember to shake your bottle before drinking. To put it short - I like the taste, the bottle, professional approach of Mana team Things that can be improved - quick separation and delivery times. Also, if it's your first time with Mana you might want to go easy on it. Your body may need some time to get used to it.

Very good meal replacement

I was primarily looking for a meal replacement that wouldn't trigger symptoms of IBS. This works perfectly. You do have to shake it directly before drinking it, but once you get used to that, it's really not a problem. Would buy again.

Great with one caveat

Mana tastes great for me and is easy to handle, but the insoluble particles are very large and thus sink to the bottom very quickly. This makes them hard to get out and consume. The instructions say that the mixture should settle a bit before being consumed, which is counterproductive for this.

Month of 1-2 of powdered food meals a day

At start I had digestive problems, didn't feel satisfied, lacked energy and so on. Didn't like the smell, the taste, the texture of it. Well, Mana taste wasn't really that bad, but not appealing either. After a weak or so I started liking Mana taste and got used to the texture. Played around with water amount as well, but in the end - went back to the recommended water/powder proportions. I still don't like the bottle though - top part is too narrow: hard to pour in Mana without getting any powder around the bottle. And opening entire top just for drinking is very uncomfortable - inside of the cover is usually covered by mana liquid and droplets get here and there time to time. Check "Queal" shaker's cover diameter - it's perfect. Plus, secondary cover is easy to open for drinking. Either way, product itself. Got used to it. Needed some time to adopt to slow releasing carbs and a much higher intake of proteins. About digestive problems... I recommend getting something chewable to eat with mana/after mana, so your stomach knows it's time to start working - apple, nectarine, bread or even a chewing gum afterwards. And texture... It's meh... But at least it's better then queal for example (queal feels like drinking powder with water and artificial tastes - for example, their strawberry taste is like some medicine with added sweeteners to mask untastiness for kids)

I expected a better product

The grains are not sufficiently well crushed and because of that it is unpleasent in the throat when swallowing.
