I was blown away by the top notch customer service! Had a couple of questions about the hamper choice, which the team were able to help me with in a matter of minutes. Also, just received a lovely note from the recipient who absolutely loved the hamper.

The hamper was sent to me as I was going to then hand on myself. Initially the hamper was damaged one side which I informed them of. The next day I was hand delivered a new hamper (so I got to keep the first one myself!) and they explained that while it must have been used as a football by the couriers they will look at new ways to package. Since then they have updated me and asked for my opinion on their new packaging boxes using my first hamper as an example. This is the only reason for four stars and i'm impressed with how they dealt with it all it's been fantastic customer service.
