Had an amazing experience for my first time with Dinkum. They helped me add more items to my cart once my order was submitted—needed more mint slices bc duh. Of course the holidays are nuts with shipping and pair that with the fact it’s journeying from Aus, it just has been taking a while to get here. Other than that, I’m sure it’ll be amazing once it arrives! X

Hey guys. I was thrilled to receive all the Aussie goodies so quickly after ordering them, particularly given all the pandemic stuff. Only downside was that some of the packets of chips had popped open during the flight over - I suspect due to air pressure. I ate them anyway, but thought you should know, as I suspect it's common. Cheers.

It’s been difficult to get these items in Canada and my family was thrilled when the box arrived. Unfortunately one of our glass jars of Vegemite was smashed during travel.

Made an order in mid December and still waiting for it to arrive. Have tried tracking the order but details end once it left Australia. Trying to wait patiently and be optimistic that it will arrive.
