I refrigerate my MCT bars and enjoy them as a boost after workout and also as a delicious treat. Suggested new flavors would include peanut butter crunch, flaked coconut, and mint chocolate chip! Keep up the creative good work!

This bar is soft and the texture was easy to eat! The flavor comes through and is good but not overwhelming. Yes portion size is just right, not to big or to small. I ordered the sample pack and I will be purchasing these bars again!
