I’ve tried all the Mackmyra whiskies now. It’s so hard to choose a favourite!

Good value, quick shipping, great whisky.

I bought this set, as I was intrigued. They were all very nice and quite different and interesting. That said, my favourite (just for my taste) was Svensk Rok which was most like a peated scotch malt. It had a lovely balance of smoke and flavour, with a good nose and a long finish. Next favourite was MACK, which was light and smooth, and sweet on the nose. It has an interesting orange coliur and a shorter finish. Then came Mackmyra Brukswhisky, again sweet and this time toffeed on the nose, a lighter colour and a longer finish. Finally, Svensk EK was very light on the nose, but fuller bodied on the palette and darker looking with the influence of the oak.

Ordered a couple of the whisky tasting sets for birthday presents, arrived very well packaged and on. Excellent service and the usual high Nackmyra quality
