The beans which Jimmy's Java offers are, obviously, carefully chosen by someone who really knows their coffee beans and their varieties of beans. They offer single origin beans which, because of the quality of the bean and the mastery of their roasting, all of these beans could be mistaken as Grand Cru coffees. Which brings me to their Grand Cru coffees. They not only offer rare and hard to fine varietals of beans such as Sudan Rume and Guatemalan Geisha, but they bring them from Gold to Platinum status with their roasting skills. I continue to go back to order more just because of the Sudan Rume and in order to check for newly added Grand Cru Beans. Since this category of beans is always more expensive than a single origin or blend, they offer numerous size bags in order to make them more affordable or so that you can purchase a bit larger than sample size bag so that you can try it before you purchase a full size bag and full priced order. Shipping is extremely fast! I was amazed to find my coffee show up on my doorstep 2 days after ordering it! Needless to say, I was quite pleased and am a continued avid customer.
