I have tried two times to get a product magazine. wondering if I will ever get one

I am in the process of trying this on a batch of pineapple wine. I have used the recommended dosage to no avail, trying larger amounts by increments, barely changed the acidity

I wrote an email complaining about a product I recently purchased and I heard NOTHING in return!
