In the process of making our first batch right now, easy to follow instructions and we've tasted at every stage and it's excellent so far.

I was looking for a Barolo kit and this is what I found....a new name but the same instructions and this great wine is still available. Nebbiolo has a packet of oak granules to add at the onset that I have used with good results before . It is the darkest red I have put together. The finished wine is a real hit with everyone and it goes well with all red meat dishes.
