Needs video on how to properly fill with water..

I purchased a desktop vaporizer. Several days after ordering I noticed it showed it hadn't shipped. I called DS and was given a tracking number. 10 days later it still hadn't shipped. After calling again, I was told it would take an additional 3 weeks to ship. I cancelled my order at that point. The site advertises 3-5 day shipping. A month is ridiculous

Technical error that could not be fixed now I'm forced to wait longer for the product I meant to buy in the first place

The website states even if you select free shipping, your order should ship w/ in first 24 hours and then arrive within 3 days of shipment. Today is 4/24; I ordered 4/9. I have been in contact with DS via email several times but feel like there's been no real explanation; additiinally my order for some reason was split into two pieces. As far as I can determine on the site, the second half of my order is still sitting in the DS warehouse or whatever. I'm going to call them tomorrow. This really is not good customer service, at all.

They sent the wrong product and they didn't do antything about it when I emailed them
