Spike Brewing

Purchased a new 15 gallon Herms HLT setup and had ports added to my other 2 Spike kettles (MT,BK). All went pretty smooth. I am still working the kinks out of the new setup. 6 batches made on it so far, Herms HLT really holds mash temps very well with my setup.
