What a great set up! I worked with Spike over several months getting ready to order 3 custom kettles. Prior to that, I’m not sure Spike sent a lot of customized stuff to Canada. However, the process was flawless, shipped and arrived quicker then I expected, no hidden customs fees, and the customer service was perfect. They were very patient with me as I made changes, then delayed purchasing for a few weeks. Lol. The kettles themselves have to be seen to appreciated. They literally will last a lifetime. The custom welds are very neat and tidy. No warping, or discolouration. I was on the fence for 6 months on what brand of kettles to buy.... welded or weldless.... to drill myself or have custom made. After it’s all said and done, not having to buy weldless fittings.... the whole build cost $200-300 more for custom welded fittings. On a $5000 dollar brewery build, $300 is insignificant, but the welded ports are pure luxury. Can’t emphasis that enough. Thanks Spike for a great product and great service!!!!

From the day I told him this is what I got him for his birthday and Christmas. He was so excited every day wanting me to check on the shipping. When it came to do our door - poor UPS guy, it’s a lot heavier (a bigger) then I had originally thought. Watching Ray open it up and get as excited as he did. It’s 100% worth it. Thank you guys
