Spike Brewing

I had ordered a custom mash tun from spike. Upon receiving it I noticed that I could not even install the pickup tube as the bottom was not punched in deep enough. I sent spike a lot of pictures and they worked with me to send me a new mash tun that now works perfectly. They even sent a label to exchange the bad one. That is excellent customer service and I am proud to be a spike customer. Thank you all for what you do.

One batch in on my CF-10 and I’m hooked on the conical life. Keep in mind, there is a bit of a learning curve, but nothing too daunting. Delivery was extremely fast & the one small issue I had was handled quickly & professionally. All emails were also addressed promptly. The real question is: would you buy one again? To which I say: Yes!

Excellent product..service

Having started with a 20 gal ketle 8 years ago, whenI upgraded to a 30 gal system, I only wanted spike. I went electric and love it plus 2 CF 15s that made life easier. Keep up the great work!

Best Kettles on the market, have the 50 gallon kettles! Great construction, no scorching with the triclad bottom! Awesome!
